Writing has no meaning until it serves a purpose,community and the nation as a whole. In the Era of people rising from their old belief and looking up with a progressive mindset with so many agendas like evade corruption,Save the Tiger,Swatch Bharat so on and so forth. The whole idea is to be aware and WAKING UP from a long sleep.
'We Need to troubleshoot with millions of qualified youth and school graduate teenagers its high time we tie our laces and dare. Its time to call the spade, a spade'
Since my childhood issues like clean India green india,infant mortality,dowry deaths have been the matter of utmost importance.The solution always lies with the people of the country and not the government. Unless we make a commitment to ''raise a voice and refuse to accept''the evil.
If we place an example of U.S.A, China or Singapore,one thing common is the awareness of the citizens and the strict Laws.'The Power lies within us.'
We see little children labouring,begging,selling goods and even surfing the garbage bins.at public places.Are we sleeping with our eyes wide open. Why can't we see a childhood being robbed,a pair of eyes filled with hope.....hope of a better life which includes at least one proper meal a day. Even our National Capital has its red light crossings filled with the child labourers,hawkers and beggars.We ignore and deprive these little children from LIFE .... Life which can offer education,clean clothes,healthy food and a better future.
WHAT CAN BE DONE
*In my view there have to be a national awareness programme to make people understand about the sensitivities of these little children. We have to be sensitive for these slogging angels.
The Bombay Child Beggary Act of 1959 prevents certain mall practices related to the child labourers
but there are still so many loopholes in each law framed that it does not serve the purpose.
*We need to raise the voice when we spot a child in public places,make an effort to help him,call the Child rights commission,make their guardian understand and most importantly ask the administration for Help instead of blaming them. Believe me Modi can't do wonders without your whole hearted effort and cooperation. Citizen of a country is a Soldier of the society,community and the City who guards it against evils.
When you see the garbage,do not blame but dare to clean.
*Charity begins at home.Try and spot the housemaids,helpers,cleaners, hawkers and watchmen in your locality who struggle with their child's education.So many school dropouts on account of lack of books and guidance.Do your bit,donate an hour help them with their homework,guide them and keep inspiring them to make it till the end i.e. graduating from the school.This would give you more satisfaction and happiness than attending Kitty parties and gyms to kill time.
*Keep a tab with the groups and Non government organisations which can update you with the government policies and the way of working.We need to root out the evil and not only making small effort to help these ailing children.

I volunteer as a teacher in an NGO Yuvsatta .Amazed to see such bright and talented children with a vision of a better tomorrow. Met Sushil,dancer and choregrapher who needs brushing up of skills which requires a lot of money. These underprivileged children need support and encouragement. As I venture into training and polishing these children, I realize there potential and belief to SHINE.
